Our customer loyalty points scheme is a new way for you to be able to earn points when you shop with us and redeem them against future orders!
For every £1.00 you spend, excluding delivery, you will be awarded 1 loyalty point worth 5p.
You will be informed at check out how many points you have earned on that order and how many you now have in total.
Once you have accumulated 50 points you will be able to redeem them against your next order or you can save them up for another day.
You must register an account with us to be able to take part in this scheme and you must log into your account prior to adding items to your basket.
You are only able to register during the checkout process where it will ask you if you wish to create an account with the details you have just entered.
If you do not do this then you will need to wait until you place another order as there is no other way of being able to create an account with us.
Points will only be awarded once your order has been dispatched and they will be removed if you order is cancelled, failed, declined or refunded after it has been placed or dispatched.
Points cannot be backdated so if you have placed orders previously without creating an account or added items to your basket prior to logging in then unfortunately those points will not be honoured.
Points are valid for 6 months from the order date when the original points were earned and it is your responsibility to make sure you adhere to the terms and conditions above.
